"Polish nature, French technique - a thread of taste from Łódź" Main theme: caviar The dinner will have an authorial character, prepared by our Chef Maciek, in cooperation with the invited guest, Robert Biernacki. The event will also be attended by a representative of Antonius Caviar company. Mr. Jakub is responsible for the tasting and educational part concerning caviar.
