  1. This Privacy Policy defines the rules for processing and protecting personal data provided by users in connection with their use of the services offered by the website www.t12.travel.pl (hereinafter: the Service).

    4. marketing, including sending commercial information to the email address, provided the Client has consented by ticking the appropriate box during the booking process based on Article 6(1)(a) of GDPR. Consent to data processing for marketing purposes and sending commercial information can be withdrawn by clicking the appropriate link in the received message or by sending such a request to the Company's email address,
    5. realizing the legitimate interest of the Company in specific cases based on Article 6(1)(f) of GDPR, e.g., debt collection,
