Then and now
Traugutta 12 is a building designed by Dawid Landeg, and built in 1897 for Abraham Weinberg. After World War II it was nationalized and fell into serious disrepair.
Listed in the register of monuments, the building has recently undergone meticulous renovation, and today delights the eye with a beautiful neo-baroque facade, spacious interiors, and historic ceilings. It offers guests 47 hotel apartments furnished in a modern style.
An asset is the courtyard, which serves as a kind of haven in the very city center.

Aparthotel T12, thanks to its location, will allow you to relax after a hard week of work. Everyone will find something for themselves. The proximity of Piotrkowska Street will enable you to unwind in one of the nearby restaurants. For those who prefer to be close to nature, we invite you to the nearby Square on Sienkiewicz Street. We invite the youngest guests with their parents to the modern EC1 Science and Technology Center. Guests who want to engage with culture are invited to the Grand Theatre or the Łódź Philharmonic.
