Regulations
- Subject of the regulations
- The regulations define the terms of service provision, liability, and staying on the premises of the Aparthotel and are an integral part of the agreement concluded by making a reservation and paying a deposit.
- The regulations apply to all persons staying on the premises of Aparthotel T12.
- Hotel day
- Apartments are rented per day.
- The hotel day begins on the day of arrival from 3:00 PM and ends at 11:00 AM on the day of departure.
- It is assumed that the room is rented for 1 day unless the guest specifies otherwise.
- If the guest wishes to extend the stay, they should notify by 10:00 PM the day before departure. The fee for extension until 4:00 PM is 50% of the daily rate. For extending the stay by the next 24 hours or longer, the daily rate applies.
- The deposit is non-refundable if the guest shortens the paid stay.
- Rules of stay
- Payment for the stay is collected in advance, i.e., before the start of the stay or on the day of arrival after check-in. A payment document (receipt or invoice) will be generated and sent to the email address provided in the reservation. It is possible to print the document on-site upon check-in.
- The apartment can only be used after completing check-in formalities and full payment for the stay.
- Guests are obliged to observe good neighborly conduct and comply with the building regulations throughout their stay at all times of the day.
- Quiet hours are observed in the facility from 11:00 PM to 6:00 AM.
- Unregistered persons may stay in the guest's room between 7:00 AM and 10:00 PM.
- Cancellation or annulment of a reservation results in retaining the paid deposit if payment was made before arrival. Cancellation of unpaid reservations results only in the lack of reservation for that day.
- The lessor reserves the right to cancel a reservation without giving a reason for technical or other reasons beyond their control within 24 hours of making the reservation.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Children up to 7 years old can stay free of charge provided they stay in the room with an adult guardian and sleep on the existing bed.
- Children on the premises must be under constant adult supervision. Legal guardians are responsible for any damages caused by children.
- Smoking tobacco products and electronic cigarettes is strictly prohibited throughout the facility. The use of psychoactive substances is also prohibited. Violation of this rule may result in a fine of PLN 1000 and police involvement in the second case.
- If the fire alarm is triggered without cause, the guest will be charged an additional fee.
- Guests are required to use the apartments exclusively for residential purposes. Organizing parties in the rooms is prohibited.
- The Aparthotel is obliged to ensure safe and unrestricted rest for the guest, including confidentiality of guest information.
- The Aparthotel provides room cleaning and necessary repairs to equipment during the guest’s absence.
- The Aparthotel may refuse to accept a guest who grossly violated the regulations during a previous stay by causing damage to hotel property or guests, personnel, or other persons, or disturbed the peace in the hotel.
- Guest liability
- The guest bears full responsibility according to Article 415 of the Civil Code for any damage or destruction of the equipment and other devices in the apartment, even if caused unintentionally.
- The guest is obliged to immediately notify Reception of any damage to the property/equipment of the apartment, as well as report any other irregularities immediately.
- The Aparthotel is not responsible for loss or damage to guests’ belongings.
- Items left by the guest in the apartment (after departure) will be sent to the address indicated in the registration card (without indicating value – insurance). The Aparthotel will charge the guest for shipping costs.
- Aparthotel liability
- The Aparthotel is not liable for items brought by guests if damage arose from the nature of the item, force majeure, or the guest's fault or that of persons accompanying or registered with the guest.
- Left belongings
- Personal items left in the hotel room by a departing guest will be sent to the address indicated by the guest at their cost.
- According to the Civil Code, if the guest does not instruct otherwise, the Aparthotel will store the items at the owner’s expense for one year, after which the items become the property of the Aparthotel.
- If it is not possible to call the guest to collect the found item within 2 years of finding it, the item becomes the property of the finder.
- Claims for damages resulting from loss of items brought to the Aparthotel expire one year after the guest ceases to use the Aparthotel’s services.
- Complaints
- Guests have the right to submit complaints if they notice deficiencies in the quality of services provided.
- All complaints are accepted by Aparthotel management. Please send complaint applications to biuro@t12.travel.pl.
- Complaints should be submitted immediately after noticing service deficiencies.
- Card data processing
To guarantee the reservation and settlement of hotel services, we may ask for payment card details. These data:- Are transmitted exclusively through secure, certified payment systems compliant with security standards (including PCI DSS).
- Are used only for reservation authorization, fee collection, or possible pre-authorization of an amount.
- Are not stored in the hotel's systems beyond the period necessary to complete the payment.
- Are processed based on the necessity to perform the hotel service contract and to secure the hotel's claims.
The guest has the right to access their data, correct it, and request restriction of processing in accordance with applicable law.
- Final provisions
- In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and Council of April 27, 2016, we inform that the data controller is PPH “LEGS” Sp. z o.o., ul. Zgierska 48/52, 95-070 Aleksandrów Łódzki, Poland, VAT ID: 947-00-05-732.
- Signing the registration cards by the guest confirms having read and accepted these regulations and consent to receive invoices electronically at the email address indicated on the registration card.
- The guest has the right to access and correct their personal data.
- The guest may not make changes to the apartment and its equipment.
- The Aparthotel is equipped with a video surveillance system. Monitoring serves to improve guests’ safety. Monitoring data is stored for 7 days. Monitoring data may be shared upon request by the appropriate authorities.
- Using the Aparthotel’s services constitutes acceptance of these regulations.
